We're a small, remote team running the operations behind Hybrid85, our Non-GMO corn seed brand, and its sister companies. If you're the kind of person who owns loose ends, writes clearly to customers, and figures out new software fast, we'd love to meet you.
Operations Manager — Remote (Lincoln, NE area a plus)
You'd be the person customers hear from and the one who makes sure orders actually land where they're going — owning the support inbox, fulfillment follow-up, vendor coordination, and the dozens of loose ends that come with running seed e-commerce across three brands. It's a software-heavy, AI-forward role on a small team, with steady work year-round and busier stretches in season. You don't need a seed or farming background — a couple of our key operations people came in without one.

Fully remote. If you're near Lincoln, NE, that's a plus — we'd grab occasional in-person time, especially when things are busy.
