Customer is responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping & handling costs, and any other additional fees.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion. By participating in this promotion, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Important Note on Production Minimums:
RegeN Pack treatment is subject to minimum production quantities per hybrid. In the event that minimum production quantities cannot be met for specific hybrids during the bagging process, Hybrid85 reserves the right to:
• Provide a refund for the affected portion of the treatment
• Offer an alternative promotion or discount of equal or greater value
• Work with the customer to find a mutually acceptable solution
Treatment will be automatically applied to all eligible items when this promotion is selected.
This promotion cannot be combined with John Deere Financing or other discount offers.
